Dr. Leslie has a call on her life to bring God’s
truth to the followers of Jesus and to empower
them to rise up in their ministry—whether
ministering in the home, local church or around
the world. She is an ordained minister.
Her teachings, inspired by the Word of God, encourage and motivate the
believer to look at themselves and to better understand God’s purpose
in their lives for this time.
As a Leadership Development Trainer, Dr. Leslie has conducted
numerous workshops and seminars with leaders throughout the globe.
God has provided the effective tools in His Word so leaders can
productively and successfully meet their goals and purposes. Whether it
be in the marketplace or in the Church - God's plan works!
Her love for Jesus comes through in her music and many are touched by
the anointing on the praise and worship.

Pastor Doug and Dr. Leslie lead the Abundant Blessings Worship/Training
Center. Dr. Leslie is also a teacher of the Bible at local churches. She
has developed and conducted various leadership training programs for
pastors, ministers and church leaders in the US, South America and
Trinidad.
For over 10 years Dr. Leslie has been the executive director and
administrator of a bible college. She is also an instructor at the school.
She has an earned Master degree in Christian Counseling and an earned
Doctor degree in Biblical Studies.
With 25 years experience as a Human Resource Manager and
Training Director in the corporate world, Dr. Leslie’s background covers
pre-employment, interviewing, employee issues, terminations and
outplacement. She provides these services in retail, agriculture, private
sector, and the financial arenas.
As an international training consultant she conducts leadership
development trainings and workshops covering communication,
feedback, personality profiles, coaching skills, time management,
delegation, performance management systems, sales and service
training in the U.S., Canada, South America and the Caribbean. All the
teachings are based on biblical principles.
Dr. Leslie was an instructor for the American Institute of Banking, guest
speaker at the American Institute of Banking State Conferences and the
Human Resource Management Association (affiliate of SHRM)
Conferences in Florida and is a guest speaker at the many Chambers of
Commerce, COSE, SMEI and other organizations in the US. She
conducted leadership development conferences in Arequipa and
Pucallpa, Peru and in Trinidad.
